This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds, aligning with the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) for orders delivered within South Africa, and outlining general principles for international orders.
In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you, as a consumer, have the right to cancel any online transaction concluded on ReD Market On for orders delivered within South Africa for any reason without penalty, provided you do so within 7 days of receiving your goods.
The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) provides consumers with rights regarding goods that are defective, unfit for purpose, or incorrect for orders delivered within South Africa.
All goods come with an implied warranty of quality as per the CPA.
